We are super honored to have Brianna Battles, who is an expert on the health of the female athlete, on the show today to talk not only about 19.4 but any athletic endeavors for the female body during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. She totally blows the roof off of the phrase "Just listen to your body." Guys, there is so much more to it than that. She wants to empower women and the coaches who train them to know the physical and mental changes that can occur in the female body and to understand that your physical training should compliment your life.
